They have a good warranty also for when you break it.

Ya know surprisingly I haven't broke any knives lately.

Average price of this knife is 160$. Notyourmomma's had it for 98$ according to GooglePrice, but the links say the product is gone. Then you if look through the site you'll see them under different item numbers for 160$ like everyone else. Weird.

I noticed those bad links on that site for several items.

Oddly enough, the prices on the bad links are listed as being about 35% less. At some point those things must have been valid for them to be posted in Froogle. I'm thinking there is a massive profit margin in those things and the bad links are old group buys or dealer links or something to that effect.

Just an FYI - if you plan on actually using it, the tanto style blades are terrible for slicing anything open. There's just not enough room on the flat part of the edge after the serrations. You end up hacking and ripping shit open... :P

I think they are just the old selling prices before the new prices came out.

Let me test this theory on your belly and tell me what you think afterwords. The serrations are intended when used that a would will not close as easily as compared to a smooth blade.

just test it on a piece of pork shoulder or chicken... when I got my knife I tested it on some meat and it was pretty impressive... then a few weeks later I slice my hand.. not fun :(
