Watch the whole video and listen to what the rednecks are saying. Then at the end you see the driver in the convertible was quite justified in my opinion, regardless the way some people want to interpret the laws.

Definitely not the position you want to find yourself in, but you never know when it could happen. Fucking rednecks are stupid. I would loved to have seen this in court.

Doug would be correct. It was staged, but it shows a possible situation you don't want to end up in.

Having been carjacked in the parking lot of my favorite restaurant years back I know that weird shit can happen in unlikely places.

Definitely staged but cool. I suppose thats why he didnt shoot when they came to the car with the bat. Personally I would have drawn and shot without any other thoughts while my wife called 911. My life was in danger and I shot in self defense, looks like it would have been justified.
