Check them out. Another good Florida Firearm Manufacturer out of Deland.

These guys have great pricing and their service is right up there with Spike's.

Stripped Lower - 105$
Lower w/ LPK - 155$
Complete Lower - 205$
Upper Receiver - 85$
Bolt Carrier Group - 119$

For overall pricing, you can't beat this guy.

Also, if you're a customer of his you get free FFL transfers (5$ background still applies obviously).

Find a dealer down there with a really cheap FFL. What can I say? There isn't any medium/large production manufacturer's in South Florida. Why? Probably due to logistics of getting materials. Shipping into or out of South Florida is very expensive on a business that deals with only domestic product that can't be brought into seaports from overseas. That's just my guess.

Atleast I'm finding places in Florida so our money can stay in Florida and the deals are good enough that tax doesn't matter.

Here's an idea... call up Spike's Tactical and ask them if they're going to be at the Ft Lauderdale show. If they say yes place the order online, select check/money order for payment, and ask them in the comment box to bring your order to the show. Then call back and ask for AJ. Give him your order number and ask him to make sure your order gets place in the van for the trip to that show.

This way you don't pay for shipping, don't pay a transfer, and only have to worry about tax (107$ per lower) plus single 5$ background check.

Hope that works out for you.

What's the difference between a "complete lower" and a stripped lower with LPK? Stock, buffer, etc?

That is correct. Only difference is the receiver extension (buffer tube), spring, buffer, and stock are not included.

Tactical Machining told me they use mil-spec extensions. So if you wanted to go commercial just get the lower w/ LPK.

If you plan on using mil-spec but also want an AGP spring, heavier buffer, and aftermarket stock then also avoid the complete lower because you can get just the tube for 10-20$ and then order the other parts to save money - unless you want spares for the parts bin.
