So I went to the Arizona range yesterday and got to try out the G30SF (thanks again Dan!) and it is definitely on my list of favorites for finding my new carry weapon. I would still like to try out at least the comparable springfield piece (XD45 compact?) and maybe the M&P. The features of the other two seem interesting.
I shot the G30 pretty well considering that I haven't shot a 45 in a couple years. My control was decent and I was surprised to find that my pinky wasn't dangling off the end of the grip. I think that with some practice I could come to terms with only having a 10 round magazine (13 at home with the extended mag). Maybe I'll try and employ the services of a local instructor ;) (I think a 12 of Amstel might do the trick)
Anyways, just sharing........hijack away Jax:laugh:
Amstel Light, I am all over that. A 12 pack, thats like a year supply for me.

I'll hold you to it :)
I knew it was Amstel Light, don't know why I forget the light......I became a fan when I first had it at your place years back, hell I probably still have one or two in the fridge now

1 day supply in the keys... 3 hrs supply at a Dolphins game... :carbomb:
I have never seen Amstel regular. So you were still good.

That's because there's none as you guessed. Being that I'm not a beer drinker either, Amstel, Miller Lite and Corona are my favorites. I'm told they are all watered down piss water.
Amstel is a light beer with dark taste. Best light beer on the market. I might be bringing some out tonight for Beer:30. Its a Beer:30 week for sure.

The Glock 30 is probably what I'm getting when my permit arrives in a couple more months. Good choice Vert.

It was nice meeting you and I hope that some shooting helps in your decision. Thank you for picking me up some ammo. Saved me a ride to Miami.
The answer is to have beer on tap at home....LOL. I currently have Dog Fish Head 60 Minute IPA on tap at home. The commercial beverage dispenser was the best investment I have made to date. Great for parties. :carbomb:
We didn't get an invite to any of those parties.

I think you were thinking off Jose Cuervo Black...
Black label is nice, I've still got some leftover from my birthday. I have recently become enamored with Chivas Regal, it's the first whiskey that I truly enjoy drinking on the rocks.

My pleasure, if you need more just let me know as its only a twenty-five minute ride from work. I was glad to go down to Stonehart and get an idea of prices for a few differnt things.

Yh I love Chivas as well.

then you have not been to Europe..
Amstel regular is AWESOME...
Try some nice strong beers:
Chimay
Wholy Macarel
Wholy Macarel Dark ( Mack in Black)
Since I rarely ever drink anymore and when I do its not in large numbers. So why bother trying new beers when you only drink a couple.

Eh I don't drink nearly as much as I use to but I do like to go to Total Wine every once in a while and try out some strange beer from another country. It's really intriguing all the different styles of beers from all over the world and can be fun to try them out...although it can backfire on you lol
There is a place called the "Yard House" in Merrick Village that has over 180 beers on tap...

I think you were thinking off Jose Cuervo Black Well idk I work with an old 66 year old mexican immigrant that doesn't speak much english and he always tells me about tequilas he use to drink. He calls one of them Black Label.
Since I rarely ever drink anymore and when I do its not in large numbers. So why bother trying new beers when you only drink a couple. I've found my beer. Samuel Adams Boston Lager.
