as stated in the title ..
I have a SAXD9 sc with around 100rnds 2 mags with pierce ext., holster, lock, speed loader, case... looking to trade for a SAXD40 sc in similar condition.

only thing i have in .40 is a glock 23

You'll enjoy the service model, far less muzzle flip than that tiny 3" Subcompact. Based on the Foam and Serial in the pics it is a 2007 model (Test cartridge isn't accurate since they're done right before shipping to a dealer, not immediately after assembly). That means it is a couple years newer than your XD9sc with the all plastic case.
Looks like you're getting a good fair deal there.
Btw, you can look on XDTalk and find a couple reputable shops that will chop that service grip down. Then you'll have the best of both worlds - 4" barrel and subcompact grip. Just have to go out and get some XD40sc mags and some mag sleeves for your full size mags. But a lot of people say it's worth it... and if my XD45c is any indication, it certainly is when compared to my old XD45 Tactical.
