Figures, another repeat offender. Cant we just throw everyone in all the jails on a big island in the middle of no where and nuke it? Once a criminal, always a criminal.

Some two bit shitbag shoots and commits a murder. Common everyday news. Maybe they will blame his upbringing, society, rap music, the police etc. Everyone except himself. Correct?

Another Burger King? Do they attract armed felons down there?

And I elect California for the nuking. Just trigger a big enough quake out there and that place should break off and float away.

Or we could use Cuba or Puerto Rico. PR doesn't pay taxes anyhow.

Seems to be a target rich environment the further south you get.

The kid that was killed, his name is Jason he was only 15. I'm really good friends with his family. Poor kid didn't even get to live half his life or any of it for that matter. When this shit happened it caught us all by surprise!
His cousin had to fly back early from California and viewed the body etc. Everyone has been pretty much drunk since the lost. He was a good kid!
We know the Lead Detective on the case get updates as much as possible as to finding the rest of the fucking scumbag pieces of shit that were involved.

Eye for an eye, actually eye for a whole family and extended family.

Piece of shit.

Why wouldnt he be a repeat offender. Obviously the prison systems isnt do its job. Free room and board, be out in so many years.

The system sucks, the term "correctional facility" should mean that. Make it so they dont back to a life of crime. Make it like the movie Hostel, then they'd fear going there, instead of being on vacation.

Truer words have never been spoken.

Should this upstanding member of our community be found guilty....strap him in and throw the fuggin switch! Being in the big house for murder is a badge of honor to these fuggin punks.

We have the death penalty...lets use it!

I have a great idea. A new pay per view show.....Death Penalty. Have all these convicted fuckers let loose in a pit of some type. Pretty good size, like the range at Markham Park, and have some volunteers with a lot of ammo. Maybe a Running Man kinda thing!

The money you'd make off the PPV would pay for everything.

Does anyone recall the case of Michael Hernandez? At 14, he brutally murdered his classmate, Jaime Gough, also 14, by stabbing him multiple times and slashing his throat, during school, as well. This happened in Miami back in 2004. I remember his parents hiring every shrink, every child psychology expert, etc. They tried to say he was insane, blah, blah blah. He was tried as an adult, and was convicted. He received a life sentence, although it took four years from crime to trial/conviction.

Let's see how this one turns out.

I remember when that happened. Scumbags, all scumbags. They need to let this scum fearing to go to jail again. Bring it back to the way jails used to be, then you will see crime drop.
