What tactical gear dealers are there within our respective areas?
Guntech is pretty much our main source for most duty gear, weapons, self defense sprays etc.
What about tactical gear, such as boots or raid gear?
This is just a general question here. I believe last week or so I posted about my time spent at National. They have a good selection of products but that's about it seeing as how there prices suck.
Any input?
I know there is OTB, but there enviroment is a little weird at times. Vito is a great guy along with Mike and Fred, but when you walk in there the air is thick and all you see are the guys behind the counter packing heavy.
Most of my stuff I get thru the internet. Most of my Blackhawk stuff I purchased thru a dealer in NC that was selling stuff at wholesale prices and every order was shipped directly to me from a Blackhawk fulfillment house. About a year ago, the site was closed. I guess he was selling stuff too cheap? :idunno:
Anyhoo, I'm probably going to upgrade my boots soon to Oakley S.I. Assault 6" boots. Just got to find a place/site with the best price.
Some of my tac stuff is from Guntech as well. They are starting to get clothing and more specialized gear.
ETA: Just bought the boots from backcountry.com. Good price of 20% off of MSRP and free shipping.

Well if you're looking to order from a Florida company with lots of contracts and reps around the state, check out SRTSupply (srtsupply.com). They have everything, but most of the items are not much below MSRP.
Their website doesn't show everything they have, so either order a catalog or call.

I order most of my stuff on-line as well. I have had great experiences with "CopsPlus". Great prices and fast shipping!

Most of my gear comes off line as well which is why I asked if there was anything I could walk into.

I was just throwing thw question out there becasue it is always nice to be able to handle your gear before you buy it. Well for something any how!

I still have all my distributorships open so I order direct from the MFG... I will not give ANY business to OTB or Vito the douche

I've stop going there a long time ago! I only shopped there after the BS cuz I got a sizeable discount from Fred when Douche nuts wasn't around. His prices are fucking rediculous! Way over MSRP!

exactly..fred and mike are good guys but i wont go anywhere near the store of the tables at the gun show
