I'll try to get better ones when there's better light.

First impressions: Beautiful gun! A lot lighter than what i expected it to be. Not as small or light as the LCP, but it personally feels better in my hand than the LCP. Sights are much better than the LCP or any other 380 out there. The ones i have are not SigLites.

As soon as I took it home, i racked the slide and the firing pin block fell off. I got nervous. Couldn't figure out why it kept falling off! Saw that the firing pin was stuck in the "fired" position. Popped the firing pin out and cleaned the chamber, cleaned out the gun ( which was dirty actually i suppose from the manufacturing process ) and is now oiled and lubed and I couldn't be any happier! As you can see by my running thoughts...I am over excited! lol

One more thing, the trigger is a little stiff. Can these be adjusted? Maybe i just need to break it down some more and soak it in some cleaner? I don't know. But i'm still very happy with it! :2ars:

I haven't seen that model yet. That reminds more of the ones I hated at the shot show though. You got a great deal on that, but it may also be what the substantial price difference was. The ones I have seen were all woods grips.

That's a heavy looking pocket pistol. And parts were falling off day one? Uhhh...

actually from what I hear it a far cry from heavy, comparable to a Keltec in wieght.

They aren't bad at all they feel real nice in the hand. Once in your pocket you won't really notice the differences of a few ounces.

Weird that the firing pin was jammed forward. As long as you are comfortable that you fixed it and there was no damage to the firing pin, then congrats and carry forth.

No damage at all. But it was just some gunk in there that kept the firing pin in place. I will call Sig and tell them about the situation and ask for a new firing pin and spring just for the trouble! I'll see how that works out.

Any holsters recommended? i tried on some galco ones, both in and out of waist. IWB, the gun is just too small. OWB and it gets exposed quite easily unless i wear longer shirts. Any suggestions? Pocket holster?

They will ask you to send them the pistol. Just went through it with my Sig Mosquito. The extractor broke and they had me send in the whole pistol.

I carried my Colt Mustang Pocketlite in a Desantis Nemisis holster that was made for a Keltec w/ laser. I then put a rivet to make it fit more snug. Wasn't the best set up but it worked.

I asked Dan the rep from Desantis the other day for a similar holster to the Superfly's. A better version of the nemesis. Should hopefully see them this week.

Is this the third holster design you've talked to them about? They ever going to complete one?

Cris

No, that is not the one to compete with the Crossbreed. This is a pocket holster. The original Nemesis was a great design but took forever to break in. The Superfly had no break in and the material was stickier in the pocket. Just evolution of the holster. They are always bringing in new products and designs. Which is why it takes them a while to produce. They go through tons of testing to make sure they give a quality product.

Well got tired of waiting for the Rosewood Grips P238 to come in. Got a phone call that Gun Tech had an Equinox. Needless to say I picked her up.

Took it out to the range last weekend, and I have to say its pretty sweet. Compared to an LCP this this thing is much mroe accurate and less kick as well. Very clean to shoot, just need to get some more mags for it now.

Bad picture, took it with my phone
