This is what troubles me and pisses me off - "The Maine senator kept virtually all of Washington guessing about how she would vote until she announced it late in the Senate Finance Committee debate Tuesday. She told her colleagues she has misgivings about the bill, but "when history calls, history calls." "
She was the deciding vote and voted to pass it becuase it was historic???? What the fuck! If you have misgivings with the bill then you reject it til it's right. Fuckin politicians are complete idiots!

Even better was Obama's remark - "The president had earlier praised Snowe and the panel for "extraordinary diligence" on health reform."
Yh great diligence in passing something that you have misgivings regarding. Yh that's great due diligence.

Another nice quote from that article about the health care reform from the insurers themselves - "The insurance industry insists it would shift new costs onto those who have coverage."
Also "Congressional Budget Office Director Douglas Elmendorf, under questioning by Republican senators, acknowledged that the bill's total impact on the nation's health care costs is still unknown"
Hey, replying to your reply of your original post is something that even Secpro didn't dare do. lol
How you going to add costs to people who aren't able to work? I think they have more important things to worry about than this bullshit.

Why would anyone think anything different, hell he got elected under the premise that it was historic, and if you don't like him then you are a racist. Oh not to mention the big one..."change"
People fail to realize that change is just that, something different not necessarily good
Look at history, just because something is considered historic it does not meen its a good thing.
The lady in Maine should be taken out in the street, hung up and used as a piniata. It will be historic to some, and it will even be a change if for nobody else for herself.
Its ignorance like this that proves that there is very little hope left if any....

Bib, you're just fucking racist! You racist asshole! OMFG, I bet you hate gays too! Wtf, you're closed minded! You need to evolve and open your mind and see that sucking cock makes the world one single organism and that taxing the hell out of people and giving their hard earned money to crackheads with no jobs is the way of the universal Tao.
:: DISCLAIMER ::The previous statements are 100% sarcasm.

I apoligize and will try to change my ways, I will bury my values, stomp on my morals, and even piss on my beliefs....
in short I will join the majority and be part of the downfall of this country, I will be part of the herd of sheep, in this day and age its every Americans obligation to be anything but themselves... So for you my friends, my non E friends, and for the sake of this great nation I will no longer think for myself but instead eat the shit that is piled up in front of me everyday...
Fuck that its to easy
This 4 year sentence can not end soon enough. Unfortunately I believe we are in for another 4 years of it after that because people in this country are too fucking lazy and too fucking stupid to research anything. They just rely on the information provided to them through the bullshit socialist left wing media. We are so fucked as a nation. Stockpile your weapons/ammo and wait for the day.

Negative. The liberals are pissed and putting pressure on Obama right now to get shit fucked today because they know next year they are losing their majorities when mid-term elections come about.
Once we "at least" bring balance back to the houses then it won't be everyone and their brother saying keep Obama in. But I don't know if the Dem's will continue to support someone that won't keep pushing exactly what they want him to - even they consider him a mindless puppet meant only to do their bidding.
If this health care shit passes though... we're really fucked in a couple years when all the taxes go through the roof because "we didn't realize it would cost SO much per citizen in taxes like it does for England and Canada".
They want to talk about bringing war crimes against our previous administration... hell, how about we charge these fuckers with domestic terrorism - oh wait, Obama's biggest contributor to get him into the Senate was a DT that was let off the hook after Obama was elected to the Senate. Hmmm...

Plus, I wouldn't be to sure about that just yet, because just from hearing "talk on the street" I've heard a lot of pre-election Obama supporters now saying how much they hate him. As I said before, he is a great actor and I don't think he will be able to act his way through the next election so easily.
I hope you guys are right but I honestly didnt believe he would get elected the first time and looked at the way the morons in this country behaved.

I knew he was going to win. Why?
and look at the way the morons in this country behaved.
You sort of already said why. Because the majority is STUPID.

The majority didn't win. The clusterfuck of different crybaby groups amassed a larger fighting force and overruled the majority - even though it was the most republicans to eve vote, ACORN faked enough voters and paid off enough prostitutes to make sure Obama won.
Too bad some republicans, myself included, voted for Ron Paul instead of just voting McCain just to ensure Obama wouldn't win. If all the stray republican votes went to McCain he wouldn't have lost - but I just couldn't vote for McCain, he's a bitchy old woman that does about as much as Obama does other than talk about what he wants to do. Both were candidates of inaction.
I believed Paul would've actually made moves, since independent candidates are rarely liked because they don't say what you want to hear just to get a big vote. They speak their mind and hope you agree.

My dad always usually wants a neutral party to win. It's probably be for the best, but it most likely won't happen.
