I have some experiance with this pistol and overall a nicely done unit.
Though somewhat heavy for an ultra compact still very concealable and comfortable for a 1911 biased shooter.
My experiance with Para's customer service has also been positive.
Anyone looking for a small compact 1911 would be doing themselves a disservice if they dont factor in the PARA Hog series

63" is long gun. Are you supposed to conceal this?

Para does make nice products, just haven't found one I like yet.

Hmm... I was looking at the XD compact .45

That is a nice gun though.

The XD compact .45 is still pretty large in comparison. Measuring in at 7.3", I know one person who carried a full size .45 that happens to be on this site, but I wouldn't recommend it.

I am sure Para also has a heftier price tag, just something else to consider when looking.

10 round mag? in a .45? that can't be good for people with small hands.

I am not knocking it, go check one out. Holster it and all. You may be able to pull it off.

I'm pretty sure the grip frame is the same size, it's just got the 4 inch barrel instead of the 3 inch.

Check out the those holsters I told you about they pull off full size 1911's in them.

is there one of these at guntech? I've held one before, but i was leaning towards the kimber ultra carry ii back then. But now i'm more willing to trade a lil bit of comfort for more firepower.

I have only seen one Para there lately. It's the Para Carry 9. Same 1911 compact styling.
