Im looking to do a few more mods to my SAXD .45

Right now Im intersted in getting a magwell.

really limited choices out there.

Bar-sto
pistol gear
EZ fit

The ez fit looks like garbage to me

The others are all over the map 80 to 120 bucks.

wondering if anyone has seen or used any of these in competition or otherwise to prove merit on the machined metal one vs the cheaper looking easy fits

Ben,
If you run across this shoot me a PM if you deal with any of these companies.

There's a lot of great feedback on the PistolGear products on XDTalk. Them and XDGuys make pretty solid products that the XD lovers want.

The cost is just amazingly high, 100 dollars for a magwell on a 450 dollar gun is hard to swallow

This is true... but even Springfield switched to the PistolGear magwell for their Custom Shop work. Just because Springfield uses it now is probably why it's 100$ instead of 50$. lol
