At least two shots were fired, according to police, hitting a female victim twice in the arm. A stray bullet also hit a 15-year old boy, who is somehow related to the other victim, in the hand, Local 10's Rob Schmitt reported.
Both victims went to Jackson Memorial Hospital and are listed in good condition, according to Miami police.
Police said they do not know why the neighbors were arguing.
