Ive yet to put my hands on one of these but looks like an interesting addition to the resurgence of the 380 pistol as of late. Looks like the biggest benefit will be the comfortability factor with the users of P22's. Virtually the same size and identical shape.
MSRP of 425.00

I saw a 9mm at academy the other day that looked just like that. I have been looking around for something for my wife to carry, she looked at several a couple of weeks ago and really liked a 38 revolver that Gander Mt had. Personally I would prefer her have a semi auto, but she is a medical professional (nurse) and it has to be something that she can put in her scrub pocket to and from the front door and then she can slip it in her purse while in the building. Anyway I would like to lay my eyes and hands on one of these so that she can take a look at it. The size of the 9mm looked like a nice fit for her hands so hopefully the 380 will possess the same qualities. Or I will just get her the 38

The 9MM was most likely the Walther PPS.
Cris has one. He will hopefully chime in and give some insight on that model

I know it was a Walther, not sure about the model, it did look very similar to the one in the picture.

I've shot 3 other peoples P22's and all of them have rattled (with and without extensions). And 2 of them were very picky about what ammo they would run with.

well i only shoot federal bulk and cci stinger..runs 100% (cant speak for other ammo as those are the only 2 i use in .22) i shoot mine suppressed as well... you are more then welcome to test it out if youd like when your down here
I felt the PK380 was pretty cheesy myself. PPS is far better than these models. It does remind me a lot of the P22's also very cheesy. I originally bought the PPS for my woman as it was the only gun she liked in her hands. Which the PPS is a great shooter in my opinion. This was of course until she got her hands on my Ruger LCP.

Why not a P99 (or SW99) which looks like the big brother to the PK380 and P-22
What I didn't like about it was the lack of a slide lock which IIRC both bigger and smaller siblings have.

My woman didn't like the PPS. She said it fit her hand, but felt rough. I keep telling her rough means grip, but she isn't having all that. =/

Just repeating what she said. I thought it was nice. She also says it was very "blocky", whatever that is. =)

Blocky? Tell her to look at Glock and then see if she thinks its blocky. We need to sit down and have a talk with her.

Yea, if I can just get her away from work for a trip down that would be nice. Sadly she keeps using up all her time off from getting sick here and there. =/
She's just lucky like that. Right now she is laid up with H1N1 Influenza A. =(
