Was cleaning the company van today. Noticed a handgun in a padded case in the glove box.
Should I get stopped, how screwed am I? My thinking is if i take the van, to bring the handgun into the office. i am too young and too good looking to be a prison bitch!
What's the best course of action.

Since there is no registration in Florida, it is not illegal for you to have that gun in the glove box. Being it's not your gun, how well do you know your boss, has he used that gun in a crime or anything, that could now be tied to you if you are caught with that firearm. Personally I would have made him remove the firearm from the vehicle.

That gun is what we like to call a plant. Keep that thing, you never know when youll need it.....LOL
JK, actually I would ask your boss about it and see if its his. If it is, I would do as Cris suggests and have him take it out of the van.
