Interesting....quick question for you guys. I was informed that when CC you had to carry with you the bill of sale for your firearm. Is that correct? I just ask becuase in that case I will need to dig it out of the box I put it in when I moved.

Negative, not true in the least. Florida is also a no registration state so no proof of ownership is required at any time

Who was your instructor and where. Not someone who needs to be teaching if false info is being spread

Was at Bass Pro. Only took it becuase they made it available on weekends and it would have been really tough for me to take during the week. The guy claimed he was an instructor for cadets at the academy for Broward County. He gave us all firearm training cards as he had a private company that did lessons. Will have to see if I still have it lying around with his name on it.

His name is "Ass Clown". That is some serious bullshit. I hate hearing about people passing around the wrong information.

I think this software still needs some quirks worked out of it. Not bad though.

Before I knew about Guntech or anything I took my class there. Sounds like you and I had the same instructor. Did he bash Glock and say that you should only buy a Sig?

Yh guy had a serious hard-on for sigs. I know they are great and everything but this guy took it to another level. He also constantly had a chew.

Is that your way of saying you won't share?
Im tracing his home IP now.. Ill get you his speadsheet in a few...
lol. Seriously, no macros or anything. Just a plain jane spreadsheet with date, description (make model caliber), amount, where purchased, date sold, where, how much and to who with a note section in case it was traded for a partial or even swap of another firearm.
from breifly looking at this software, it seems to have that same capability
anybody try this yet... ( I was lazy and did not)

Yh is not bad. I haven't tried to add pictures or anything. Only issue I had was on the maker of the firearm. They did not have Rock River and there is suppose to be a place where you can add or adjust a pre-existing maker to the one of your choosing but have yet to be able to do it or find where to do it. In the other fields such as caliber I did not see 5.56 (there was .223) but I was able to create a new choosing by taking another caliber and changing it to 5.56 NATO.

Those choices for the drop downs should be stored in an XML or other file. It should be easy enough to open and add/remove/change the choices for each.

You can add Rock River. I did it the other night, plus pics.
