I didn't know Sig sold just their lower receivers. Maybe he's looking for the yet to be released Sig AR15 lower receivers?

They don't from what I found out.
I could easily trade lowers with no problems but I want to keep the classic look on my 556 which the stock kinda looks like the 551s but I also want to get the standard lower so I can use an AR type stock & Magpul's trigger guard.
Yeah Sig are a bunch of elitist. You should see what it takes just to get some magazines for their pistols.

I think she was the one I talked to also and yes! she was also helpful...
by telling me that they don't have lower receivers....
