kinda late maybe ill have an answer before i leave in the morning for wpb but does the waiting period apply at the gun show? i had it understood that at the gunshow i could walk out w/ the rifle as long as they do the background check. am i right or do i have everything all mixed up and will be highly upset not to leave with my mosin tomorrow?
My understanding is without a CWP in Palm Beach County you must wait 5 business days to pick up the firearm. If you have a CWP you can leave with the firearm then and there. They do the background check first in any case.

i hope not i guess i will find out today. my understanding is that gunshows have some sort of pass on the wait period for rifles. if not hopefully who ever has a mosin is close to me. im not making another hr drive to pick up my mosin, for that ill just order off line

Many others have ordered from there. So it should be just ordering the rifle and you are good to go.

If you're referring to ammo... no, it's still a gougefest. But prices for rifles and parts are dropping at the shows now.

i think the ammo shortage surely must start to slow down, people are still hourding. They are all making the situation worse.

Other than that one night at Walmart, I have not hoarded ammo from other shooters. But if I had Lino's kind of money I'm sure I would be. lol
