No real credible reviews, but a couple people on ARFCOM have tried it with mixed results depending on the brand/model of ammo used (like all 22LR conversion mags).

A spped loader woud definately come in handy there.

Christie makes a 22LR mag loader that is compatible with Black Dog mags.
