View Full Version : SOG Knives
Guntech should be a stocking dealer on these knives by next week. Displays were ordered for the new showroom. They seem to be decent knives and fairly priced compared to some of the knives out there on the market. I know they are no Microtech though Dave, but I can't see spending that kind of money on a knife.

I hear ya...the Microtechs are expensive.
Yeah, they are nice but just a tad out of my budget. I can buy another gun for the price of those things.
Woops forgot the original link.

these knives aren't' cheap either.
Compare them to Microtech and you will see why I say they are cheaper. If you want a $10 box cutter these knives are not for you.

unfortunately knives fall into the you get what you pay for realm as well.
I have a hard time swallowing the pricetag on 100 dollar and up knives but I can say every knife I purchased that was on the more expensive price point has given me flawless function
you cant pay enough for quality customer service either.
The lifetime warranties on the higher end knives tips the scales for me. I hvae seen broken blades that get replaced with new knives in less than a week from manufacturers like microtech and Kershaw.
Ohhhh by the way. SOG makes a decent product as well
