Thinking about putting one of these or something similar on one of my Mossberg.

I've seen one on a shotty before. Looked pretty good, quick acquisition of site.

I was checking out that Burris we were talking about yesterday for the 870. Don't look bad but of it's pricey for a shotgun sight. Doesn't say if this one is waterproof though.

Not sure if that model is waterproof either. I went with the waterproof just because of its possible use.

It makes sense! Especially since now and again I take my shotgun out for work. I'll have to look into other possibilities for the 870. On one of the reviews on Cabelas a guy complained about that particular model having issues in the rain. He normally puts the cove on it when not in use in bad weather. I think for my uses that'll be more of a hassle.

They happen to have the C-More Tactical on sale? If so, price?

I remember looking at several C-More models at the shot show, they didn't seem too bad.

1/4 stick tied to a rock, makes some nice bubbles with floating fish.

Just ordered the Tru glow front site! I'll put that on the 870 for now and get that Burris later for the Mossberg.
