Yeah it's a hammerless revolver, but that price is not bad at all. Nothing wrong with a hammerless though

just cause Im broke, doesnt mean I cant look.. this would not be a purchase in 2009.. :raspberry:
it would be for my Birthday in early January :bolt:
now I want to actually see the gun, cause Im not sure its a great deal..
what is a good retail price (say from Guntech) for this combo..
They don't carry the 638.
MSRP is $600. So being used it may be a little on the high side.
Basing that the 442 and 642 being in similar MSRP, Guntech sells them with CTC for $680 brand new. So maybe not such a bad deal. I also noticed that S&W does not list the 638 with CTC from factory, which in turn would raise the retail price on them. They are cheaper to get them from the factory, saving you some where around $75 usually.

Damn sure look like it! They seem bulky as shit and not to fun to shoot. Then again I don't own any revolvers yet either.

When I get the 629 I'll send you an invite, and you can see for yourself they are fun. I have the 6" barrels for both of them.
