interesting turn of events... this guy is walking around at 2:30 am.. bumps into some guys doing pullups.. they get aggressive with him.. he pulls a gun.. they keep advancing towards him.. he shoots.. one guy in jail one in the hospital.. what do you think?

when i read this on FSN sounded to me like a clean shoot...but the shooter was charged i believe

it was just a fight and you're not supposed to use your firearm to gain leverage in a fist fight.
learn either how to fight or take beating. don't pull your firearm unless your life depends on it.

ummmm but if a group is advancing on him can't he say that he feared for his life. You know people can be killed by fists...it has happened quite often

Florida's laws would look at it that way (depending on the situation... you must be able to explain "fear for your life"), but in PA the law is far more communist... and applied liberally in Philly.

You both have 2 valid points and I agree with them both. It clearly shows at least 2 guys confronting the shooter he could of easily state that he feared for his life. Even though you should use judgement to determine your last resource of using a firearm you can never determine if this will be an ordinary fist fight or can end up a lot worst like a blunt object attack, knife or even another firearm.
I put my money that all this got started by someone not minding his or her own business. It happens all the time. I could see it now....:think: Here is my rendition on how it probably went down.....
The shooter & company probably ran into guido over here doing pull ups :flex: at 2:30am in the middle of the street and as stupid as that might look :laugh:, the shooter (now a comedian) probably blurred out loud a stupid remark :idiot:. Now guido & company got something to prove to this comedian :nunu:. The altercation quickly escalates :cussing: and now everybody finds themselves in a situation that some don't really want to be in :outtahere: and it is too late to difuse it :ohnoes:. Guido & company sees that Mr. comic it's still talking smack :shout: and little did they know that it was fueled by the compensation of his small pennis, a gun. They're determine to teach this douche a lesson :flame: so they rush in and the comedian pulls his ace :draw:, but this does not phase them since they think he's talking shit :poo: and he'll never use it :idiot:. All of the sudden the gun goes off :2guns: and now guido sits in a pool of his own piss and blood. Now his buddy in shock :yikes: backs off :surrender:.
A lot of people out in the street have something to prove and they tend to forget the possibilities and odds.
Unfortunately this is something that it is not easy to determine so the court system will have to do it's justice. :thankya:
