Yup finely got my revolver aka Christmas present. It's a Taurus 627 .357 w/6.5in barrel. Pretty cool gun and I got a hell of a deal on the ammo he gave $60 worth for $30. So if any one lives in Indiana I recommend Granger guns, it's in a basement but they have a great selection and non pushy owner. Still have not fired the damn thing yet but I'll let you know how fun it is, and proly put up a vid. Pics to come.

I paid $475 that was the cheapest I saw it for. MSRP is like $600.

I'm taking it to the range for the first time today. I'll let you know how it goes. I've only shot four 38 rounds through it so far.

So took the gun to the range this past weekend. Must say I am more impresed than I thought I would be. Shot about 200 38 special, and 50 .357 magnum. The only other hand gun I've shot that many rounds out of was my Sprinfield 1911. I don't if its the gun or the size of the rounds, but I hated firing that many rounds of .45, the 38 and .357's were actually fun. But it's prolly the porting and the ribber grip on the Taurus. Also a lot of people think the ribber grip is to small, my hands are about average size and the ribber grips were a lil small but not enough for me to buy new grips for it. Plus the ribber grip provides a custome grip for any one holding it.

if its anything like the S&W its accurate
