Head Count and menu so far:
Dan- deviled eggs and beer
Lino- steaks and beer
Spikes40 - plates, napkins, plastic untencils, cups, I think he's also bringing fruit salad or something like that.
Overkill84 - Non alcoholic drinks

Hey what do you guys think of a Tactical Advantage sign at the location at Markham? Think it's to gay? Next question is where can we have one made? Nothing crazy just a sign that sais that. May spark some interest and invite other to join us.

He can make a vinyl decal in pretty much any size and you would just have to attach it to a backer.
Tell him to forward any charges to me or pm me after he speaks with you about whatever you need. he could also make some bumper stickers to be given out.

Will do! I have no problem taken the reigns on this. i want to see the site grow and I love to grow the firearm community as a whole. Everyone should learn how to safely own and shoot a gun for lawful self protection etc.
Alright so by the looks of it we may not have a huge turn out, but at least we still get to put some faces to names and shoot the shit over beer and such.
Does anyone know the rules at Markham for alcohol in the park?

Keg or something anyone? Sounds easier than actually buying packs of beer. Of course for those that have a preference they can bring that as well. Can never have to much beer!
The usually grill food burgers hot dogs. Turkey burgers anyone?

Seems we wont be having that big of a turn out at Markham so I wont be buying that many steaks and stuff to grill.
I'll be there with the wife and I'll be inviting some of my non forum heads and look forward for the few to show up. If anyone wants to carpool or anything give me a shout! I'm on the ass end of Deerfield a loogy away from Boca.

Rib eyes. Oh yes! That, to me, is the best steak ever. Slow cooked on low turning every 10-15 minutes.

a steak should be cooked no longer then 8 minutes per side on a medium heat..learned it froma famous long island steak guy .. Anyone hear of Mcluskeys Steak house, locations were in Bellmore and Island Park with the IP location still there.. long time family friend and a LI steak house legend.. Their Porterhouse for 2 rivals Peter Lugers..

Do a BYOB, getting a keg is a hassle. Then no one can complain on the flavor

I'll be there by like 9 or something. Its first come first serve for the area so where will be determined when I get there. Time I'll say around 11 or 12. Who exactly will be there?

I just grabbed the hot dogs from costco I got all the buns. We're going to wait till like saturday before seasoning everything up.I actually forgot the leg quarters, but we'll make it happen.
Sorry, I haven't been able to keep up as much on here. Is there anything you need me to bring Musa? Touch base with me during the week so I can get an idea of what we may need.
