First Batch

So finally assembled my press tonight. I ended up coating my bench in polyurethane (sp) to help in ease of cleaning. Here are pics of the press set up. I think if I did it again I would definitely make the top thicker. I may decide to somehow strengthen the area underneath where the press is....don't know we'll see how it plays out. Also a bunch of shots of my first cases that I de-primed and re-sized. I was paranoid at first that the cases were not going in perfectly striaght, that it was causing a bulge so I thought I would post a bunch and check peoples opinions. I think they are fine, just think I am paranoid at my first try at reloading. :)

you actually want a little bell for bullet seating,
Wait until you actually seat one, then the paranoia really starts....lol
Just check the finished product in your chamber and if it fits your 99% of the time ok.

Thanks Chris. We'lll see how the whole process goes and see what comes out. I think my eyes were playing tricks on my and thought the base was fatter than the opening where the bullet would be seated. Probably just my eyes and paranoia lol

Nope 9mm. Going to start off with 9mm and 5.56 for reloading. once I get a 1911 I'll jump into .45 reloading

Well I was gonna start a new thread but figured there was no point and thought I would throw it in here. If anyone has any 9mm brass on their hands, I'd be willing to take it off your hands :)
