Yes, they finally came in. My brother and I snatched the first two that came in. I am truly upset that they did not increase the capacity from the prior XD45 and 13 rounds. Seeing that all other M models capacities were increased besides this one. Either way I am finally happy after my two year wait of wanting this gun.
It's sweet, but your brother's is better than yours. lol

Damn, I didn't know they had shipped finally.
Would love to see a 3.8" model and send it to Canyon Creek or Boresight for a grip chop.
The one benefit to not increasing the XDm45 capacity is that it uses the same mags as the XD45's.

I wouldn't. Perhaps you haven't had enough intimate handling with my XDm, but a grip shop would almost certainly feel like shit in the hands with the way the hump on the back strap rolls down. But hey, I'm not the grip chop expert, so who knows.
EDIT: Oh yeah, plus the pin that holds the back strap together is at the very bottom, so how the hell you going to hold it together?

Make no mistake just because it says "M" in the name it still says "XD" before it.

Those sites didn't budge trying to punch them out, good thing ss1 mentioned the puller for them. Hell of a lot easier to put them on. I'm still debating on when to hit the range, usually I would have gone by now.

Im kicking around getting this but if the price is to high I may opt for the HK45
LOL. Don't kid yourself. It's not a situation of getting either based on price but a situation of which one do I get first. I have my sights on getting an HK 45 someday as well. It doesn't feel as nice as the P30, but it still is nice.
