What ammo do you have in your carry gun?

Personally I carry "defense" ammo.
If this is the case it would Golden Saber's in the XD and Hyrdra-Shock in the PPS.

I'm carrying Magtech 9mm JHP 185 grain... any good? That's what I was advised, but I hear Powerballs are good for conceal carry, too ;) So what's the dealio?
What should I consider once I get my .380 - most likely will be a Kel-tec cause I can't seem to get my hands on anything else for now...

Im sure there are many opinions on this but I'll be brave and ask anyway.
I have a Glock 30 (45 ACP), What would be considered as the Best Personal Defense Ammo for that gun?? And to be even more brave.... Why would you say whichever ammo it is you say?
There are many top maunfacturers out there. Stick with a reliable name that you are comfortable with. It's hard to say what is best out there, because everyone will have there own opinion.
Maybe take a look at the list of what people posted up in here and make your own evaluation after a little internet research.
