After shooting one of these AR-15's earlier this year I knew I had to have one. Never before have I been impressed with a rifle until I shot one of these. I had the opportunity to learn how to build one and took advantage of it. Although it took a few months to get all the parts and funds to build it, it was worth it. Lots of fun. Thanks Chris for turning me onto these guns and showing me how to build them.

As my first scratch build I am excited to say the Rifle performs flawlessly.
Initial break in was pulling in 3/4 groups with practice grade ammo.
After Tweaking of the scope and providing her with some match ammo I am expecting 1/2 groups regularly.

Why a DPMS lower? What's wrong with the Rock River lower?

Thats what was in stock when I decided to build it. It works and functions just fine.

Mine is not all bent up like who ever put your stock on.

Oh ok, I was just wondering. Because I knew you were complaining about the trigger, so I was thinking why not just get the rock river lower with the 2 stage trigger thingamabobber?

That will be coming soon enough.
