I think my brother is getting me the hogue rubber overmolded .920 stock for the holidays so I guess...LET THE BUILD BEGIN

I am thinking 16.5 fluted threaded .920 Tactical Solutions Barrel

and sme nice optics...ALL in Matte black

Should be a great shooter

Get the trigger kit with the extended mag release, and maybe add on the extended bolt handle.

ok I built my 10/22 up using a combo kit from J&G and bought s rimfire scope for it .. I went to zero it at Markham today here is the good news .. The groups were tight(within a inch) and here is the bad news .. all were low and too the left..LOL I tried to zero and turned the adjustments to no avail.. I wish i remember where I bought the damn thing.. Now it is time to save up for a decent scope..

lol....hit and miss with 10/22 glass. I got lucky with a cheap optic but I have seen first hand some of the annoying attributes that come with scopes. Its extremely hard to justify a 200 dollar plus optic on a gun that was designed to be inexpensive. I have a obnoxiously big BSA i may try on my 10/22 just to check out in plac eof the millett I use but Im fairly sure the millett has a permanant home on the gun. It performs to well to mess with it but hey im running out of things to tinker with

I think i am getting the stock for chritmas so i should be able to get the gun moved over to the new stock with new barrel shortly..Chris I WILL TAKE PICS!

chris i guess prices went up..tacticalsol.com has them for 225.00 plus they are out of stock for the threaded barrel.. and that is from the mfg.

understood, i purchased mine well over a year ago and I pay dealer cost so sounds about right

i am anxious to get the reciever moved over to the new stock with new barrel...anything i need to know aside from remove the barrel band and remove the stock screw
