Anybody know anything about the airsoft guns. Looking for one for a present for next month. Any insight will help.

I want to get a few...I think they'll be fun as hell, plus you can shoot it the house! :headbang:

i don't think i would get one that requires co2. i hate messing around with that crap and you never seem to get a lot out of them.

i was at the army navy in west boca and they had a bunch that IMO looked and felt like the real thing, some were full auto and the guy let me shoot around the store and they were pretty accurate . maybe check them out then you know what you should be looking for..

Check out Soft Air Depot on US1 just north of Commercial blvd. I was in there a few days ago and he had some stuff that blew me away. You cannot tell the difference between these guns and the real thing, they are the same weight, many made from all metal with same company logos as real deal, stag, taurus, glock, you can mount all your real gear on the airsoft guns as well because they are the exact same size. They shoot 350-400 fps and will bruise your ass. Bought my boy a berreta 9mm style and it has moving slide action, real saftey all metal and its gas charged.
Thanks Quirt, thats real close to me. I just have to make the phone call to see which style I need to get before I go there.
