Haha! It's "hello" in Korean. Kahr Arms is run by Justin Moon, of Korean descent and one of the sons of Reverend Moon, the founder of the Unification Church "cult" which also happens to be the holding company for Kahr Arms. For whatever reason, I am fascinated by this "connection".

What if struggling Cerebus that owns Chrysler, DPMS and Bushmaster decides that an AWB was iminent and decides to sell their firearms group to Kahr? Despite the restriction of importation of firearms, we have seen the shift of firearm growth from domestic companies to foreign companies. Your XD is really just a licensing agreement by Springfield and not a true SA product. While their 1911's are nice, it couldn't even come close to the level of sales generated by the XD. With Colt constantly being reborn under new management, my guess is that they really won't have the staying power that a Glock or HK would have in this world, as the world's LE and military are far beyond Colt's offerings.
