The next MVNO will be launching soon.

Cris, this may be of use to you if you're going to break your AT&T contract when you move - because their service uses AT&T's network and will allow you to use their phones as long as you unlock them yourself (very easy to do in the Touch Pro).

Like the regional carriers (Cricket, MetroPCS, Leap) there is no contracts, just good prices.

Basically the service is 69.95$ unlimited voice/data/text. The voice portion of the service is VoIP instead of regular GSM. The phone runs a QoS app that makes sure VoIP gets priority data traffic on your phone for call quality. At launch Zer01 will be the only MVNO carrier offering real 3G data with their service compared to the regionals that only have slow 1G/2G data.

They also have unlimited international to 40 countries for an extra 10$/month.

You can bring any US 3G GSM phone to their service you want, or buy one from them at an unsubsidized price. So grab your favorite unlocked 3G SIM-capable phone on eBay and sign-up as a beta tester to be the first on the network. They are interested in people that don't have one of the phones they list so they can test their applications on as many phones as possible.

Their software only works on Windows Mobile phones right now, they are trying to build Blackberry and Palm capable versions right now. Because of Apple's retarded contracts and legal department suing everyone Zer01 said they will not support the iPhone because dealing with Apple isn't worth the headaches.

But hey, check out their site and see what you think. If you get out of your current contract Zer01 may just be the perfect service for you...

I got rid of that phone. It was not user friendly and a real danger when I was driving. So I got the iphone.
