Guys just had a couple questions:

1) A question on the application reads as follows: "Do you qualify for exemption from the public records law as provided by Section 119.071(4)(d) Florida Statutes" Now this refers to keeping information private. I believe the answer for me is No but just wanted to check to before I filled it in. Never hurts to double check

2) It says that you must fill out the application in black ink..However I just noticed that the person who notarized my application did so in blue ink. Will they reject it just to be asses? So can I send it in the way it is or am I going to need to refill it out?

Thanks Guys

For your first question, if you were exempt from public record you would know about it. So yes, answer no

For your second question, the standard color for a notary is blue ink. So I believe you will be fine with that.

Yh I read it more carefully a few more times and understand it a lot better. Just got a little confused for a while.
