I am looking for a used HK P2000 or USP compact in 9mm!

I may suggest looking for the USP in 40SW, as it seems to be the only pistol round you can find on any shelf right now (that and 357 Sig).

Actually I just saw a used P2000 at a local shop today but they wanted 689$ for it.

It really depends where you go. I have seen .40 and .45 in severe scarcity where I live. Then 9mm comes and goes. So I think you just have to know a good gun store to get your ammo at. Period.

Don't get a HK P2000. USP's are much better in terms of trigger feel and even then, it's not perfect. They have a long reset making fast and smooth follow-up shots difficult.

i did not know that.....i was trying to find some place to rent one to see how it is but i could not find one, nobody has them as rentals....i still cant make a solid decision....thanks for your answers!!!!

Since you asked about these firearms I think I know who you are now. Slowbra I know sniped one HKP2000Sk not long ago.
