A weapon is nothing more than a stick without ammo. If you found the HE rounds to purchase, each projectile would require a DD 200$ tax stamp - talk about expensive to shoot. lol
Better off with a 37mm Havoc launcher and using non-lethal rounds. Hit the target with a beanbag round and run up with a knife to stab them?
