I'm looking to downsize to a smaller gun for carry purposes. Mainly interested in a lightly used 3rd gen G19, but I'll consider a Sig P228/P229/P6, HK P2000, S&W 640/642, etc.

LNIB Glock 17, 3rd gen (finger grooves and light rail), very low round count (still has copper lube on the rails), two factory 17rd magazines, Big Dot night sites, box & docs, etc. Can also add a leather pancake holster to the right deal.

I'm in TN, with a valid TN HCP/CWP/whatever you people in FL call it. :p

Will ship to a valid FFL in FL.

WTT = want to trade. I don't want to sell it outright at the moment.

That'd be a hell of a trade if you can get someone to give up a Sig or HK for a Glock.

Don't trash the poor guy's thread (although a 226 is about as big as a 17). At least he didn't want to trade it for an XD. THAT would have been a wrong move.

Not trashing at all, just saying it would be a hell of a trade. It has definitely happened before.

lol. I was just ribbing you. Sure, it's a lofty goal, but as said, you may have that guy who absolutely hates his Sig or HK which I have seen before.......

I've seen it happen plenty of times actually. I'm still hoping to find a G19 swap first though.

Hence why I said 228/229/P6. ;)

I'd actually rather have an XD, as I shoot them better personally, but that wouldn't be a smart lateral move.

And that's what I'm counting on. I'd love a clean 228/P6 or P2000, which isn't too far off price wise.

Jeeze, for whatever reason, my brain saw 226 when you first posted it. My bad.

Oh and to try and be helpful here...

Sig P6 (US P225) 9mm German Police/Military service pistols for 389$

Didn't know if it would be of interest or not, but figured why not. *shrug* =)

^ oooh thank you. That's what I've been looking for, although I think some dealer on Arfcom had them a bit cheaper.

Thanks!!

Bump! Still looking to trade this for something smaller. Still looking for a P2000/P2000SK, G19/G26 and possibly a Kahr 9mm. Maybe even an RRA or DPMS complete AR upper. Lemme know what you have!

There have been quite a few people looking for those P2000SK's lately. It may be hard to get those AR parts as there are lot of people out there gouging it up these days.

Yeah, the P2000 is a great little gun, although it's still a bit wide for my taste. I'm just biased for the thin 1911 though.

As far as the AR parts, there are actually TONS of people trying to get rid of stuff they bought earlier in the year (during the Obama panic perhaps), but dont want/need anymore. I'm just hoping someone on here might be one of those people.. :D

Might be willing to sell it outright for $500ish. :/
