They are getting smarter by the day, and from one of NY's scumholes, Newburgh.

I grew up not too far from Newburgh. I will say this, if the world was a person, Newburgh is where God would put the enema. It is also home to OCC (Orange County Choppers). As a matter of fact OCC is pretty close to the base.
Newburgh was always pretty shady. So this doesn't surprise me. It's almost a given when you have an airport in that city.
